Mistletoe Cottage is located on the ground-floor and offers every comfort you could want, from tiled floorings to comfortable seating where you can relax and watch DVDs.

One of the 2 bedrooms holds two double-beds (ie double bunk-beds, sleeping 4), making it ideal for families with children or parties of up to 4 couples - further bed-space is also provided by a sofa-bed.

All linen and towels are provided and you will also find a 'welcome tray' with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits or home-made cake.
